PHOTOGRAPHS THAT SPARK JOY

At the same time he was very shy and never cooperated with professional photographers in the nursery, so I’ve never even had an option to get a professional photograph of him. So back then in April 2007 I took my first weekend photography course with Freddie Walker in the Reading Photography School. After that I just could not stop!

My son has always been my inspiration, and I have to say, we have more photographs of him than one could wish for! The wonderful thing about it is that I also get to photograph many of his friends, and hence capture not just him, but other people who play important part in his life. Here is an example. When my son’s friend came for a session with his brother, I got the boys to pose in front of the camera for a few minutes before the start of the session, and we got some great shots of two friends and football buddies.

Girls from about 7 years of age well into teenage years are brilliant in coming up with ideas for some fun photographs – see some examples below.

I want all parents to be able to do the same for their kids, so I now offer friends shoots for only £25 per person. This can be done for groups of up to 6 people and can be a fantastic present for any occasion!
