Individual portraits

Social media, marketing, job-hunting or publicity… if you’re appearing in any of these, you can’t get away with a blurry selfie or cropped holiday snap. You need a sharp, professional picture that reflects your confidence and capability. It’s a small investment that makes a world of difference to the first impression you create. Good lighting and a plain background are key. I can help you relax and appear at your best in a natural way. You can wear formal business attire or be smart-casual – or I can take pictures of both. If you would feel more confident with professionally applied make-up, I can arrange for a make-up artist to help you get ready.

You session can take place in my studio or on location of your choice, we could also do a combination of studio and location shots on the same day.

Professional portfolios

For models and actors, I can work with you to create a more extensive portfolio of publicity shots, to show your versatility and capture your star quality. I’ll talk to you to understand your goals and target audience and together we’ll make a unique portfolio to help you stand out and win the jobs and commissions you deserve. My studio photos present you at your authentic best: I can also apply light air brushing for a truly professional finish. Depending on your needs, I’ll price a bespoke session and portfolio of prints just for you.

Asya is such a delightful person to work with! She clearly loves what she does and has the ability to put you at ease in front of the camera, making the whole experience fun and enjoyable. I usually hate having my photo taken and the results invariably reflect this, but I really had difficulty choosing one head-shot from all the pictures Asya took as so many of them turned out even better than I had hoped. I ended up choosing four!

I recently had a photo session with Asya in her fab little studio in Twyford. I am absolutely thrilled with the outcome. Asya is a very experienced photographer and has a great passion for her work. Due to her warm personality and her accommodating style, Asya puts her clients at ease straight away, and can offer extras like recommendations for a professional makeup artist etc if required. However her technical skills as a photographer are such that you may not need the extra camouflage! I would highly, highly recommend Asya’s photography service, she really is brilliant at her craft.

Had a great family photoshoot. Social distanced in the countryside. Photographs were of a high standard. Setting was amazing. Asya is easy to work with - felt unpressured, comfortable and natural, which is reflected in the photos. This is our second shoot with Asya. Asya has photographed me on a few separate occasions now and the results have always been great. In fact my Google photo is one that Asya took. The great pictures that she takes has nothing to do with my model good looks but more her skill with her various cameras, lighting equipment and knowledge of post-shoot touching up on the computer.
