Free Photo-Shoots in 2020
This year many of us are not able to travel and socialise with our friends and relatives. The good news is, you can keep in touch and let your loved ones see what you look like, by sharing your photographs. You are invited to enjoy a free outdoor photo-session. Here is all you need to know about it.
1) What’s included in the free photo-session?
One hour session outdoors and one fully retouched high resolution digital image.
2) Where would it take place?
We will pick a quiet location where there aren’t any other people around,. There are several potential locations in and around Twyford, like Stanlake Meadow, King Georges field, Green spaces in Broad Hinton, Ruscombe woods etc. We’ll discuss the location with you prior to your session.
3) Is is safe to do it?
Doing a shoot outside will mean that none of us will be at risk of either spreading or catching any viruses. I’ll be using a 70-200mm telephoto lens, which means we’ll need to have a big distance between us (at least 3 meters).
4) How will we access the photographs?
Within 5 days of your photo-shoot all the images will be available for viewing in a private on-line gallery.
5) What if we would like more than one photograph?
You can buy additional photographs (prints, canvases or digital images) through the on-line gallery.
6) How long will the photographs be available?
The photographs will be available for 1 year after your session. So if at the moment you would only like one free image, there is absolutely no obligation to buy any more photographs.
7) How many people can come to the shoot?
There is no limit to the number of people. You are welcome to invite your extended family and friends, as long as they are well and healthy.
However during the lock-down we must to follow government’s advice and only bring people who live in your household.
8) What shall we wear?
I recommend to wear plain colours and think of colour-coordinating your outfits. Please read my blog post with more details on what will work best.
9) What can we bring?
You are welcome to bring any props you like, balls, bikes, scooters or anything your children like to play with. Also please bring a picnic blanket or something that could be put on the grass, so we can have some photos of you sitting down…Lastly, it’s still a bit muddy outside, so you need to wear wellies or shoes that you don’t mind getting dirty.
10) How do I book?
You can call me on 07793937192, e-mail asya@ablphotography.co.uk or use contact form on my website.
11) What happens if one of the family members is unwell?
Don’t worry, just give me a call and we will simply move your photo-shoot to another day.
12) What is the it’s raining?
In case of wet weather we would re-schedule your shoot to another day.
