Cancellations and refunds

If you need to cancel your booking with more than 7 day’s notice, you will receive a full refund of your deposit.
If at the viewing of your photographs, you are not fully satisfied with the quality of the photographs, I will gladly refund all of your session fees.
If you are not completely happy with your prints or any other products, you can return them and receive a full refund.
For digital images, once I’ve sent you photos you have chosen, no refund is available. I am happy to make alternations/additional air-brushing on digital images at no extra cost.
